Privacy

If you fill in our form we collect your name, phone, email, city, and what you told us about the house. A person reads it and calls you to go over your options, then sends you the details of the few estate sale companies we match you with. We do not give your details to those companies, we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone else.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: name, phone, email, city, ZIP, and your situation.
• Which page you were on when you submitted it, so we know what brought you here.
• How people use the site, through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. More on that below.

Who it goes to

Nobody outside our team. A person reads your enquiry and talks with you, then sends you the contact details of a few select estate sale companies. You decide which of them to contact. No company gets your details from us.

If we have nobody suitable near you, we tell you rather than sending you to whoever is closest.

What we never do

• Sell the details you give us, to anyone, ever.
• Give them to estate sale companies. We send you their details, not the other way around.
• Add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Visit statistics and ads

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages help them, and the Meta pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Both load through Google Tag Manager and set cookies in your browser.

They record things like the pages you view, how you found us, your device and browser, and your rough location. They can see that the form was sent, but never what you typed into it.

Google and Meta handle that information under their own privacy policies, and Meta may use it to show you ads.

Company listings

Company profiles are built from public Texas Comptroller sales tax permit records. If you run a listed company and would rather not appear, ask and we will take it down.

Changing your mind

Call (469) 954-3339 or email us and we will delete what we hold. If your enquiry has already gone to companies, we will tell you which ones.
